  La ubicación. La casa esta bien, es amplia y original, con buenas camas y detalles como la nespresso.

  Aunque te entra por los ojos la casa, los detalles son fundamentales. Primero la luz debe tener algún problema porque salto con la tostadora, el ventilador del baño se quedaba enchufado y cuando bajabas el diferencial del baño para quitarlo de alguna manera, se quedaba toda la casa sin luz, ojo diferenciamos el general del del baño. Las duchas, dos muy grandes, tienen los tipos de grifos que nunca sabes si estas en caliente o fría y dan vueltas, total que el agua en una bajaba siempre fría, hasta que no nos dimos cuenta, el calentador no daba más de 33 grados, lo subimos y en algún momento pudimos ducharnos, pero un calentador eléctrico no es lo ideal para una casa para 5 o más personas. No hay microondas, y ya nos dijeron luego, "no está en la lista", pero vaya, tampoco miramos si había nevera, y había, son dos de los indispensables. Verás una cocina inmensa, pero luego es básica la cocina real para cocinar. En el baño incluido en la habitación, el lavamanos de mármol es de 2 metros, impresionante, pues en este no puedes dejar nada, es solo para agua, ni un cajón, ni parte de marmól para apoyar, incluso por atrás esta separado de la pared 3 dedos y si dejas algo se te cae por detrás :), total todo lo debes dejar cerca por el suelo, lo mismo pasa con las toallas, nada para dejarlas colgadas, acabarás dejándolas en la bañera. En resumen, pagando casi el precio de un hotel con desayuno te lo debes pensar, solo por la localización, porque el precio es para que esos detalles si estuviesen presentes.

  Good location, stylish design, supportive property management

  The location was great, a few minutes walk from the cathedral and central amenities. The flat itself was very tastefully designed and looked great.

  There was a feeling that it was "style over function". For example, there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes anywhere in the bathrooms. There were also very few flat surfaces to put things on in the bedrooms and so some tasteful additional furniture in keeping with the flat's minimalist decor would be useful. The biggest challenge we had was the air-conditioning wasn't operating efficiently, which was a challenge with the Seville summer temperatures, but the property management were attentive and sent an engineer to help fix the issues we raised and they also purchased fans for all the rooms which helped make our stay more comfortable. A couple of practical improvements to make staying a little more comfortable would make this a great flat which the management company were doing.

  Disappointing to take so much time out of our family holiday not having the basic requirements of a working shower and c

  Location

  No proper working shower, issue with water temperature, shower not draining properly, flowing into bedroom floor as was open plan bathroom. Having two bedrooms but only one with correct water temperature and having to share bathroom defeated the reason for booking two bedrooms. Bad smell which took 3 days out of our schedule to wait for maintenance and did not experience an improvement. Floor not clean,binned many pairs of white socks during stay which was 16 nights. Along time to be without the basics
