Lage, Grösse des Appartements, Umgebung, Haus, Einrichtung, 24h Checkin und Checkout
Sauberkeit allgemein, schmutziger Teller in Spüle, Krümel überall, alte Lebensmittel und Zeug in den Schränken, Teppich schmutzig, keine Seife oder Duschzeug, Türen schmutzig Abholung und Rückgabe des Schlüssels 20 min vom Appartement, Appartement ist sehr verwohnt (Teppich und Wände)

Very helpful and friendly host, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The location of the apartment is very good!
We stayed there during the heatwave and it was super hot in the apartment, there was a fan which helped a little bit but some air conditioning would have been nice!

Overall good but could easily be made amazing
Great space with good amenities in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Location is perfect for Battersea, train station and a Sainsbury’s local a few min walk away.
At time of checkin I received 5 what’s app messages which were all very negative and full of “dont dos” this didn’t seem like a great introduction. We were told at check in that the tv volume should not be used above 10. As two 30 year olds with great hearing we could not hear anything we wanted to watch at this volume, this made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay. The keys have to be picked up from a different location, which I was not informed of this until checkin. This is around a 10 min walk away from the property. There apartment lacked in detail, the paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, the kitchen extractor fan with thick with dust, there is no plug socket near a mirror to dry hair.
