Compared to the description given, the property was disappointing and tired looking property.

Location was excellent, plenty of room and beds comfortable.

Would disagree that this is a ‘luxury’ property. Main entrance into the flat was dirty and smelt bad. Flat itself looks quite tired and could do with a deep clean. Carpet and chairs were very stained, cupboards in the kitchen had a bad smell, no washing up liquid, only one toilet roll in the bathroom which was already half used and the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms had a problem damp which meant that the walls were stained we couldn’t hang any clothes in it.
