  Great for summer, on winter depends if warm watter or not

  Apartamentul este curat ai modern situat intr-o zona foarte buna cu acces la metrou.

  Lipsa căldurii si a apei calde in apartment. Acest factor a dus la o puternică răceală.

  Pessimo soggiorno e comunicazione

  1) noi abbiamo prenotato tramite booking l'appartamento Luxury City Center - Romana ma ci siamo accorti che l'host, SENZA DIRCELO, ci ha spostato in un altro appartamento!! (sempre presente su booking con il nome Garofita Romana - si trova più lontano dalla metro e ha recensioni peggiori!) 2) scarsa pulizia: nella camera dove dormiva mia figlia abbiamo trovato una tarea di iqos sul comodino + lo spazzolino del water era in pessime condizioni + la scopa per spazzare per terra era molto usurata + ci hanno lasciato un solo rotolo di carta igienica per una prenotazione di 5 giorni. 3) pessima comunicazione con il proprietario. Il tappo dello scarico del lavandino del bagno si è bloccato a causa dell'usura e mancata manutenzione. Quando l'abbiamo segnalato al proprietario ci è stato risposto in modo ESTREMAMENTE aggressivo e accusatorio dicendo che l'avevamo rotto noi. Anche dopo averlo sbloccato da soli, senza alcun supporto da parte sua, ha continuato ad accusarci di rompere le cose.

  The host was very responsive and helped us when we had problems with the door code to access the building (there was a key from a lock box). The position is also very good, well connected to the airport, metro and the city center

  Lovely stay in a lovely apartment

  The host is absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive, and the location is right in the city centre, making it very easy to get around. The entrance is down a little alley, which adds its own bit of character to the experience. Access codes were simple and straightforward, and the apartment itself is really lovely. Unfortunately, due to building works, we didn’t have hot water during our stay, which was a pity. Aside from that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our time there.
