Modern full size apartment, good location, good appliances, two balcony, comfy bed. Clean and organize. Good pressure in the shower.

Sofa not so comfortable. Old jug, old American coffee machine. Dangerously scolding hot water in shower.

The apartment offers fair value for money.

The interior looks a little tired, but everything works, it’s clean, and there are no unpleasant smells. You could try getting by without a car, but it would be difficult.

I suspect it may undergo a major renovation in the near future. If there are three of you, bear in mind that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
