    Great location, comfortable and clean apartment right in the heart of downtown

    Getting in the first time was good. It did require calling the owner to have them unlock the floor so we could have access to the elevator. Though it was a bit inconvenient, it did go fine. Once in the apartment there were KFOBs we could use for the rest of the stay. In hindsight, had we known the stairs could be accessed without a KFOB we could have gone up the stairs, accessed the apartment and acquired the KFOBs.

    The check-in instructions could have been clearer. And the use of the stairs could have been included as an alternative.

    Superb location and Canada was breathtaking 🍁🇨🇦

    Clean, comfortable apartment with a good range of electrical appliances. Superb location in the heart of Vancouver. You are only a short walk away from restaurants and local coffee shops, we highly recommend Brekka Bakery. Easy to access all main visitor attractions by walking.

    Unfortunately only one lift was working and it sometimes took over 15 mins to get back into the apartment. There were no manuals for any of the large appliances which would have been handy especially as we are from the UK and not everything is the same. There were also no instructions on what to do with bins and we had to ask the concierge for assistance.
