    Lovely comfortable cottage to explore the Welsh country side.

    Clean, good location near Hay On Wye, comfortable beds, good kitchen equipments, quiet neighbourhood.

    Small road leading to the cottage, better to drive small car.

    Lovely location, plenty of room, nicely decorated

    There was a big social open space and plenty of room for us all

    There was just a couple of tiny things, the main one being the port hole light on the landing had a lot of mouse/rat droppings on it that were visible. They weren't coming into the house and didn't effect us but you could see them which some people would find off putting.

    Very good

    The cottage was comfortable and well equipped, the sitting room arrangement was fair due to the size and lack of other chairs. We all felt the price overall was very high probably due to it being Hay festival week

    Perfect cottage in stunning location and beautifully decorated!

    everything about the stay was perfect! owners knew it was our wedding weekend and had got beautiful mugs made and had decorated the bedroom. amazing location - beautiful garden on a stream house was done up and decorated so beautifully - really modern comfy beds - really lovely and soft bedding we loved every minute and didn’t want to leave!
