    Great!

    Accommodation was very clean and well kept. Good location for getting tram/bus in to centre. House was warm and the kitchen facilities were ample. Bathrooms were also very good - there was always one free and multiple showers to choose from. Comfy bed. For the price I paid it was great value. Would have happily stayed longer if the price per night didn't increase after 4 days.

    Road noise. It's a pretty busy street and the windows are single glazed without a good seal so you hear the outside pretty clearly. I had a poor night's sleep first night and probably would have for the following days if I hadn't purchased some earbuds. The rooms facing away from the road presumably don't have this problem. Very minor but there's quite a lot of food products in the kitchen and its difficult to know if any of it (such as coffee, condiments, vegetable oil etc) is for communal use.

    Perfect for a work trip

    Very clean and quiet, the perfect stay for a work trip. The host Haroon was extremely acccomodating
