Luxury designer coastal home for 10 with hot tub

  Beautiful house and location but restricted by not being able to use the hot tub after 10.30pm due to being close to the

  The property was beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable beds.

  We were aware of their being a noise monitor outside. Whilst there were 4 of us in the hot tub we were talking over the noise of the hot tub when I came in and seen my phone had 2 text messages, 1 voice message and 2 emails all sent minutes of each other. I felt this was extreme and felt it was harassment particularly when one of the messages said that an alarm may be activated! We were a respectful of the neighbours and think that the noise monitor was activated when we were getting out of the hot tub. The time stated in the house was 10.30pm but we got out at around 10.15 as you will be able to see from all the messages I received.

  Loved the hot tub and the location. The property was very lovely and modern and wasn't run down at all. The parking situation was great, and everything was very clean and tidy. Most of all, the communication between myself and the host was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a late checkout for us which we hugely appreciated. It was a beautiful place to celebrate my 30th by the beach with friends.

  It sleeps 10 people but doesn't fully accommodate 10 people. For example, the main dinner table only has enough space for 8. It's lucky we bought additional chairs with us otherwise two people would have had to sit at the breakfast bar on their own and eat which isn't really great when you're doing a big dinner for everyone. You want everyone around the table. There were other things like not having 10 pasta bowls, or 10 mugs or things like that. Also when we arrived, some of the bowls hadn't been washed up properly and had food over them and the oven still had tin foil and old chips in it. But other than the table thing, the other things were manageable and didn't spoil anything. Overall it was a fantastic air b&b

  Fantastic property in a great location

  Fantastic location close to the beach. Great property with ample parking and a lovely kitchen that spilled out into the garden which had loads of seating. Property was clean and has some great features such as the hot tub and sound system.
