Die An- und Abreise war nicht entspannt. Der Aufenthalt geräumig zum "Wohnen". Badzimmer :-( ...
Es ist ALLES in der Küche da, um einen Langzeiturlaub in der Wohnung zu machen. Die Einrichtung ist "Luxury" alt, doch ein sehr netter Stil. Um's Eck gibt es gleich einen Kaufladen und einen Shop für Pizzastücke, Hühnchen, Schnitzerl, Gemüse, Kartoffeln, Süßes, Gebäck etc. Gott sei Dank, denn die Restaurant rund um waren meist zu. Das Fischrestaurant scheint nur für Erlesene Gäste (... nie jemand drinnen) zu sein.
Der PERSÖNLICHE Kontakt zum Vermieter fehlte absolut!!! ALLE Kommunikation lief nur via WhatsApp und Videoanleitung wie man den Schlüssel aus dem Kästchen holt (haben wir nicht gleich geschafft! (... trotzdem nur WhatsApp und ich komme in 1/2 Stunde) den alten komplexen Lift bedient und die Wohnung nutzt. Natürlich nur auf Englisch. ACHTUNG im Badezimmer: in der Badewanne habe ich mir den unteren Rücken (Po) und den Rücken aufgerieben, weil das E-Mail der Wanne schon so abgenutzt ist. Die Wasserhähne tropfen laufend. Wir haben dann noch einen Shuttle zum Airport bestellt und harrten besorgt der Dinge ob es klappt, weil keiner mit uns REDETE - nur WhatsApp. Es klappte, es kam ein kleiner PKW (wir hatten keine großen Koffer), privater Fahrer, dem wir 60 Euro bezahlten inklusive der vorherigen Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, hôte incroyable
La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte. Il a eu l'amabilité de nous permettre un enregistrement plus tôt, ce qui a été fort apprécié après un vol trans-océan avec 3 jeunes enfants de moins de 5 ans ! L'emplacement idéal, près de la gare et des principales attractions, sans être dans un coin trop touristique. Parfaitement équipé pour nos besoins, gros plus pour le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle.
Le lit simple et le divan-lit ne sont pas des plus confortables pour des adultes. Mais les enfants ne se sont pas plaints et après une journée de marche pour explorer la ville, probablement que nous non plus n'aurions pas été si incommodés. Autrement, tout était vraiment parfait !

Perfect place to stay if you want to be walking distance to 3 Major Basillicas.
Fabrizio the host was exceptionally generous, helpful and kind. He was very responsive on chat and went above and beyond to make our family comfortable.
