    Nothing!!!

Very Disappointing Check-in Experience The check-in experience was extremely frustrating and poorly organised. The owner asked me to collect the room key from a cleaner at a location in another building across the road. Despite providing a picture, the location was unclear, and even the security guards could not help us find it. Imagine arriving late, feeling exhausted, carrying luggage and travelling with a child, only to be told to cross the road and search for a place just to collect the key. I called the owner for assistance, but the calls went unanswered. Instead, the owner simply passed me the cleaner’s phone number and expected me to deal with the arrangement myself. I refused to go through the hassle of crossing the road and searching for the location, and only after I insisted did the cleaner finally come to deliver the key. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially after a long and tiring day. Guests should not have to go through this much trouble just to check in. The owner should take responsibility for providing a smooth and convenient check-in process, communicate clearly, and be reachable when guests need assistance. I would not recommend this place unless the check-in arrangement is significantly improved.
