A fair price for a lovely apartment with pool, gym and private parking!
Beautiful apartment in an elegant building, with private parking, swimming pool and gym: at that price, you can’t ask for more in Montreal!
Check in procedure is quite complicated and the host doesn’t offer any solution for leaving luggages before check in. We had to spend almost 60€ for an external storage.

Good location with a wonderful view. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. Just a quick walk to get on the metro. Loved that there was secure on-site parking! The host was very responsive to messages.
It was a little tricky to figure out meeting up with the people with the keys and how everything worked but a video was provided which was very helpful. The tub could prove a little hard to access if someone had hip troubles, it is a big step in, quite slippery and no grab bars. We were fine but just an observation.

No internet BBQ doesn't work No table top for the patio table Uncomfortable bed & pillows Shower rain head not operational + shower head leaks Scratched t-fal pan = very unhealthy Only 1 wine glass Garbage in the kitchen is difficult to open Podium level unit not actually in the tower as advertised Couch is terrible - very uncomfortable
