Debido la remodelación de un apartamento en el piso inferior nos encontramos que el nuestro no estaba del todo limpio el piso de la sala .Tienen que ser más exigentes con el personal de mantenimiento.La tapa del desagüe de la bañadera rota así como los seguros de dos ventanas desprendidas .

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Absolutely nothing!
Where do I start. The instructions were when you got to the apartment was go up the flight of stairs and turn right, well there were another 4 flights of steps. Which were uneven and it rained so they were wet in some places. It was like a building site alot of work going on and noise early in the am. What was the word that described the apartment "luxury " Well there was not one bit of luxury. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was run down, holes in the wall, scratchings on the floor. Black mould in the shower. The pillows were old and musty smelling. We were there for 4 nights, I asked for another toilet roll but I did not even get a recognition of the request. I think if you are staying in an luxury apartment you should not have to go out and buy your own toilet rolls! Please watch the videos and look at the photos. The balcony and the duomo view were a joke! The wifi was not the user name or the wifi password that they supplied when doing their very difficult access to the property.My husband eventually found the router had to plug it in and the user name and password were on it. I cannot load the videos and only 20 photos. Look at Google reviews to see the videos. If you have suitcases it is difficult to get up to the dusty, noisy run down place. Flick left ! They supplied coffee pods but no coffee machine to go with it. The crockery was chipped.......

El sofá cama. El colchón está sucio y deformado. La ubicación del mismo, cuando está abierta la cama, impide el paso al resto de estancias.
