Bien ubicado, pero frío
La ubicación, la limpieza y el trato de los conserjes
El espacio es muy reducido y, además, hacía bastante frío. En una ciudad como Bogotá, si la habitación no está bien aislada, es necesario al menos un calefactor para evitar pasar frío. La cocina no está muy bien equipada.
