Honestly really the worst experience we had on a "luxury resort" stay. Hardware was alright but the software was really atrocious. Just to mention 2 of the many unpleasant experiences we had 1) the previous guest's gurgle in a cup with the head of the toothbrush was still in my toilet when I checked in. Still there the next day despite repeat reminders to clear! 2) two of the toilets didn't have shower gel cos the previous guests broke the container. Told us they have ordered & we need to wait a they have to keep to their high standard of conformity! So no shower gel for the guests in that 2 rooms for 5 days when I checked out today!

Great service....personal assistant was a nice touch. Kate gave us great services. She offers quick tips on restaurants, markets, and travel ideas. Support to book a table in a restaurant, book car and ticket for us. We were concerned about insects but luckily the actual experience was completely free of ants or bugs.
