    Clean, well-equipped flat perfect for coming for the Edinburgh Fringe

    The flat is clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Late-hours open COOP supermarket around the corner. Excellent location for coming to the Edinburgh Fringe. Several trains per hour, about 20 minutes into Edinburgh Waverley. Very well placed for walks along the river too. We would be happy to stay here again next time we come to the Fringe.

    Awesome!

    Excellent location, very close to the supermarket and train station. Beautiful old buildings just across the street. Short commute by train to Edinburgh. Great value for money. Clean and well equipped. Very friendly staff.

    Insgesamt einen sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung angefangen vom Geschirr über die Technik. Wie Geschirrspüler, Trockner und Waschmaschine bis hin zum Staubsauger. Auch die Lage zum Bahnhof ist ein klarer pluspunkt. Diese kann man voll und ganz empfehlen

    Overall, our stay was great, will stay here again if available.

    Location is near the train station and quiet neighbourhood. Views are better than expected, everything you need is near the area (restaurant, grocery). Cleaning materials and common toilet necessities are available, very suitable for long stays.

    Shower takes too long to drain, dishwasher sometimes overflows due to drainage issues. There are no fans available. The door key for the main door is same as the flat's door.

    Great spacious clean apartment, ideal to explore Edinburgh and surroundings

    It was one of the best equipped apartments I ever stayed, super clean and comfy. Great location, very friendly host. Absolutely brilliant!

    Would be good to have a hair dryer, it was probably there before as we saw an empty box, in any case was not critical for our stay
