    We met with veronique just outside the flat so she could give us the keys. She was really helpful and answered all of our questions and gave us great advice, as we wanted to go to the beach one day and let us know the best way to get there. The appartment was fully equipped and really confortable. The ac worked perfectly (really important in italy in the summer) and we also used the washing machine without issue. The kitchen hat everything you could need for the stay, including a coffee machine with caps and ground coffee for the mokka pot.

    The appartment is located on the 4th floor, which was only accesible during our stay through the stairs. An elevator was being installed during our stay. This was not a big issue for us, but maybe something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

    Excellent Apartment

    This must be my fifth stay in Lucca, and I’m always happy to come back! The apartment is clean, tidy and well cared for. Communication with the owner is excellent at every stage. I can definitely recommend this place!

    Very good apartment and location

    Very Comfortable home in a great location, communication with Veronique was also very good. Lots of little touches, some beer and soft drinks on arrival plus a good supply of coffee pods and milk.

    The stairs (84 in total) whilst noting that a lift is being installed although we didn’t see anyone working on the install whilst we were there.
