  The property is in a fantastic location, walking distance to many key spots within Cape Town. The interior decor is really nice, and the apartment is generally well appointed.

  We arrived to the property to find the locks broken, and the property wasn’t fully secure. When we flagged this, we were informed that it couldn’t be resolved until the following day - which was obviously concerning as we were informed by nearby residents that there are some troublesome people who loiter about (after we were approach on the street, the neighbours told us to be careful). Communication with the host wasn’t always smooth - we would have to follow up for updates instead these being proactively provided. The washing machine was broken (the dryer function) and when we followed up about this (noting we had just asked for a second clothes rack, we didn’t expect the machine itself to be fixed) we were informed the host was ‘busy finding a plumber’ however then heard nothing else on that topic again, nor did we receive the second clothes rack she said she would have dropped off. A lot of the appliances can’t be used because the power points need adaptors, so lamps etc are just for show. There is a capsule coffee machine, but no capsules provided. The second bathroom is either mouldy or extremely stained. Overall, with a few tweaks and better communication, this could be a really excellent stay.

  Lovely clean and modern apartment, very central. Host was attentive and easy access upon arrival and check out. Had a lovely stay and would definitely book this property again.
