It is legal in Spain to do work between Sept and Xmas. We feel this should be pointed out.

The apartment looked fabulous and exactly what we wanted.

On arrival, we found that the apartment below us was undergoing major renovation. This included the use of Pneumatic drills and the noise was horrific. we were taken to an alternative apartment but the following day at 0800, builders began to renovate the kitchen next door and this was a shared wall with our bedroom.

Lovely apartment well equipped clean and great area.

    Clean and spacious.

Not the owners fault but property underneath had renovation works and we endured drilling and banging from 8am for 5 days of our stay. We had to leave the apartment every day.
