House, could've been more cleaner..
Walls, stairs case, third bedroom, bathroom tub was not cleaned at all, tub had spiders & webs, ants in bath & bedroom but they did get someone out there immediately for the ants, other than that the place was really nice..

It was a great space, super comfortable, and having our own bathrooms was big.
The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but it was mostly quiet so it wasn't that big a deal. It's an easy Uber to everywhere you want to go and there's a bus stop right outside, so it's still worth it.

The house has good features but need needs more maintenance checks before renting. I slept good but felt the need to kee
I like the property as it is beautiful with the esthetics.
I did not like nor was I prepared for the location. The location was not pleasing and very much in the HOOD. I wish that I had done more research on the location but the location was not given until after payment. At least I did not see it before to be fair. I must say that at pull up the houses do not match the location but it seems that these beautiful homes are being newly built maybe to rebuild the neighborhood. On the ride to the home it went immediately to high uncut grass in the entire neighborhood, closed and dilapidated buildings, people sleeping on the ground, one woman pushing a grocery cart with things not groceries down the sidewalk. Upon pulling up to the home and getting out to open the lockbox it appeared that two crackheads had stolen something from another and after the two passed in what seemed to be in a hurry with a laundry basket of things another crackhead was running behind to catch up which made us want to hurry into the home. We did not feel comfortable with leaving the car outside of the garage after seeing these guys. The home is beautiful inside but it seems that the maintenance is not being checked or up kept as the house had scuff marks on the walls and stairs throughout. One bathroom had Jean stains as if someone was rubbing their jeans on the wall in the main bathroom, The table on the deck was not pleasing to look at or to sit. The chairs didn’t match and the two were rusty and the fold out chairs were dirty. The chair at the desk inside was peeling all over. The wall plug ins were empty and therefore, I added my own to the downstairs and upstairs as there was no scent of freshness throughout the home. There was old water in the Keurig machine. The provided body washes were mostly empty in all three bathrooms. There were dirt smudges on the toilet seat of the back room bathroom.

Awful.
The host said the property was unavailable after I paid.
My family and I arrived ar the property and called the host. The host stated that the property was unavailable and to call Booking.com to request a refund. They denied my request and I plan to file a lawsuit after looking like a fool in front of my family.
