  Possible scam, no self check-in, bad communication, not luxurious, good parking

  Parking next to the door is a benefit, it is quite spacious and very clean.

  After booking the apartment things started to seem suspicious, host gave a call and explain he will provide IBAN to send security deposit. For one night stay it seems a stretch, but I was sure if I don't comply I will not get check-in information, so I made a transfer (this they notify on their booking page, so no technically no surprise). They don't speak very good English, so the communication involves everything to be google translated. The surprise was the host asked about the arrival time, since key box was mentioned as check-in then I expected them to provide the code, however it wasn't the case and host met us at the property, which meant we had to change our plans to meet with them. Overall communication was very difficult and even though phone number was provided, the host didn't respond promptly. From previous reviews I understood I will need to put a "fight" to get the security deposit back, which was the case, so I was contacting the host almost daily for the status. The booking page says deposit will be returned within 7 days, which was not the case, the host later explained that means 7 business days (page should be updated). I was lucky to get it back on 8th business day after check-out, but the whole feeling was that the host expect people to forget that they have paid deposit and host might come up with different excuses why the transfer hasn't been made yet. To sum it up, for one night stay it was a bit too much hassle to deal with.

  Ottimo soggiorno presso Luxury House Bergamo

  Ho soggiornato presso Luxury House Bergamo per uun impegno lavorativo e l'esperienza è stata del tutto eccezionale. All'uingresso abbiamo trovato una camera super accogliente, calda e pulita nei minimi dettagli.,con set per la doccia e tutto l'occorrente per riposarsi al megio. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. I materassi sono comodissimi e i cuscini di eccellente qualità, perfetti per garantire un sonno sereno. Altro punto di forza è il parcheggio, essendo in un piccolo quartiere è molto pratico. Infine , la zona è ottima e central e utilissimo per chi deve raggiungere comodamente l'aeroporto di Orio al Serio. Ringraziamo Leo per la cordialità con cui ci ha accolto e con cui ha risolto i nostri problemi a distanza, garantendoci un'assistenza continua.

  Appartamento ben fornito e ben arredato a due passi dal Papa Giovanni XXIII

  Dimora rilassante ben ristrutturata e dotata di tutto dagli elettrodomestici come frigorifero lavastoviglie forno microonde. Arredo di gusto e con ottimi materiali, un bagno enorme così come la doccia moderna e la disponibilità di shampoo e bagno doccia e crema corpo. Letto e cuscino comodi per una nottata riposante. Posizione ideale per chi ha degenti all’ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII. Consigliato. Molto gentile e disponibile anche telefonicamente e molto flessibile l’host Jesus. Grazie per l’accoglienza.
