  Location and size of apartment

No hot water. Checked in a 630pm Something wrong with boiler. See text chat with property. They refused to pick up the phone when calling the number provided as part of the reservation. Only wanted to résolve the issue via text. Wasn’t understanding what actions take. Chat Agent didn’t give accurate description on what to do. Would have been able to resolve issue if we could discuss via phone. Had a dinner appointment that was late and couldn’t take proper shower. Question how could cleaners clean apartment without hot water? The next morning we left at 830. Water got hot the next morning. Ridiculous for the money we paid for this unit. We want our money back as we didn’t enjoy the experience and failed to provide the necessities we expected !!

amazing location, beautiful building, comfortable beds, cleaning could be improved

Location was amazing, host responsive, they had a nespresso machine which was much appreciated

crib provided was a bassinet for newborn when baby was 2 yrs old and definitely couldnt fit. I informed the property and they didnt provide another solution... this made the 2 nights quite impossible because my child didnt fit in the crib and does not sleep when in the bed with us. Floors were a bit dirty, could have been cleaned better and the 3rd bedroom is down a very tight spiral staircase and there is no air circulation... cannot really be used
