    Property was locked on arrival no way to get in. Shop next door got owner on phone she said double booked. Blamed bookings. Still chas mg bookings for refund.

    Absolutely outrageous - do not book - it's a fraud!

    We booked and paid for an apartment in Tropea. The contact number we were given was Hungarian, which already made us suspicious. On the morning of arrival, the host (Luca) contacted us only by text message and demanded copies of our ID documents, even though Booking.com explicitly warns against sharing documents outside the platform. After that: complete silence. At check-in time, 15:00, she was unreachable via Booking chat, SMS and phone. We are standing on the street with no access, no check-in code and no answer. Paid in full, locked out, ignored. We book carefully and have never experienced anything this shameless on Booking.com. Combined with the suspiciously glowing reviews, this looks to us like it could be organized fraud. Absolutely outrageous.

    My stay was so enjoyable I will return EVERY YEAR.

    The location was amazing close to everything. Walking distance from the beach. All the restaurants. Stores all there when you walk out the door. Location was amazing. And don't get me started on the view. The view from the third floor was so beautiful. I watched the sunset every day. Tropea stoled my heart. This house let's you experience the beauty as soon aa you walk onto that balcony.

    Their were minor issues that i discussed with the owner that she took care of. Overall I have nothing negative to say. The home is beautiful. Location is Perfect.

    Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, alles sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Betreuung vorab und vor Ort war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Es war immer jemand erreichbar.

    Super wäre es wenn, noch mehr Beschattung auf der Terrasse wäre.

    Good

    No common area like living room (with the exception of the rooftop deck), it rained the whole time we were there so we had to hang out in the bedrooms instead.
