  Definitely will stay here again on our next Wanaka break

  The location is perfect. The apartment is beautiful, the view is perfect combination of serene lake and soft green hills -- very relaxing. The street/road was not noisy, traffic outside is quiet and infrequent, so we can have the sliding doors open to the balcony and enjoy the air. The apartment was set up to be a home away from home. The management company BCR did an excellent job proving detailed info on how to find the place and enter, etc. It was easy to just rock up and slip right into the apartment and settle in; it felt like a professionally-managed stay, and that is always reassuring. The apartment building is clean and new. The indoor pool with hot tub, and gym are located in a separate small building. The pool was unheated (October), and it was 8pm, so too cold for me to brave the temperature-- my kids went in, though! The hot tub is sizeable, very hot of course, and adults can keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The apartment complex feels fresh and clean, and therefore comfortable. Shops, eateries are an easy stroll from the apartment. A morning stroll on the marina, right in front of the apartment complex, is so lovely. I can see why folks would keep returning to stay here.

  The things I did not like are personal preferences, and everyone has a different idea of "perfect" or "ideal accommodation", so I don't think it is reasonable to get nit-picky on a public review site. In so far as this apartment is concerned, it is very, very good an option. We will be staying here again next time we take a break in Wanaka. PS we took the 2-bedroom option.

  Excellent accommodation with stunning views. Highly recommended!

  We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautifully designed with modern furnishings and everything feels very new and well maintained. It was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The lake views are stunning, and the location is excellent—close to town while still being peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

  Nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations.
