    Great stay

    A comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you would need while you are away from home.

    We had pest control trying to get access to our apartment during our stay. This was a surprise to us as our belongings were all over the place. We also happened to be there at the same time. If we were out, we wouldn't have known that the apartment could have been sprayed down. This could have been better scheduled.

    Nice place to stay but they need to update furniture in Condo’s

    Good location, pool area was excellent

    The furniture in the Condo was dated and uncomfortable . It was spacious . The check in is too late in the day and if you want to get in a couple of hours early they want to charge you, nothing but a cash grab!

    Love this place ! I booked into another hotel and when it didn’t live up to expectations I came back to vista cay with n

    I love the complex and the amenities available to guests ! The pool is excellent and the place is spotless ! Second time at vista cay and I very much hope to return soon 😁

    Some noise from guests above .. nothing unmanaged

    Simply one of my best stays in Orlando

    Professional communication skills of the property managing company, truly sparkling clean ( except for few minor very old stains on the carpet), TV in each room, basic amenities for a couple of days use, kitchen utensils for a home made meal, enough for a family of six, walking distance to publix supermarket and Dunkin, beautiful walk through the trail around the lake, very warm swimming pool despite a very low temperature outside “around 60s”, and last not the least seamless easy code access. Honestly talking renting a house with no review was scary specially when knowing the managing company was only two years in the market, but honestly the moment I received booking confirmation email with all the instructions my fears disappeared and when walked to the house I was very happy that i made the right decision. Although they are only two years in the business they performed far much better than many companies i rented before.

    Dining table can seat only 3, not a major issue at all but considering fixing this issue would be a real plus.
