    It felt very relaxed and managed to get a lot of R&R with family.

    Very homely and comfortable.

    Had trouble locating the property using the GPS as it was not pointing to the correct GPS. Had trouble opening the gate. The registered number did not work, and the alternative solution to opening the boom gate, did not work. The mobile phone provided by the home (to open the gate) was not registered to open the gate, and there were no chargers provided for the phone. However, booking.com were quick to respond, and provide a solution within 24 hours. And the second day onwards was nice and comfortable.

    The stay was fine, when all the issues were resolved, an outstanding issue is THE REFUND!

    Nice facilities for 10 people regarding beds and bedrooms. The hot tub is very nice for a large group.

    The gate at the entrance did not work and there was no key in the specified box at the entrance - a bit frustrating to start with. The hot tub was also set at boiling temperature, which in it self was dangerous. All that was fixed in the end, with a promised 20% refund for all the trouble - a thing we still have not seen over 2 months later. We found it also strange to rent out a house for 10 people, with 9 dining room chairs, 4 wine glasses and 3 coffee cups, a fire place not working and a broken door from the bathroom to the hot tub. This house needs a bit of TLC.
