  This place truly is a gem. You have a whole house to yourself: the kitchen is modern and well equipped, the living room has a comfortable couch and the outside terrace is a big asset. Beds are comfortable, the whole house is clean as a whistle. Although we never met our host, he reacts very fast, for example when we had some problems with the key and with the Wi-Fi. The house is very close to 2 supermarkets, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, especially for being in a big city. Only exception: during the evenings, the street sometimes transforms into a motorway with police cars racing past, sirens blaring, but it all adds to the couleur locale. Queens Road Peckham overground station is 400-500 metres from the house: you can take the train to Whitechapel, where you can change to the underground, it worked like a charm for us. Highly recommended.

  Entering the house proved to be a little challenging: the app which was supposed to open the door didn’t work. We had to call the owner, fortunately the matter was quickly resolved because of the onsite lock box. The amount of hot water available while showering is rather limited.

  clean and good location. stayed for 3 days with family. i needed a change of sheets and cleaning the second day but was asked to pay 100 GBP plus for cleaning was not expected. had to use same sheet for 3 days and same towel which i wasnt use to. Aside that we had a good time with basic facilities available.
