    Fabulous place to stay, with true wow factor and everyone you need.

    We booked this for a group weekend trip and everything was perfect. Such a great location, very close to the sea and the nearby shops, cafes, etc in Kemp Town. The house itself is brilliant, with plenty of space and all the different things you need. Would definitely recommend to others.

    Stunning house in a great location, it has everything you need for lovely weekend away with friends

    code and instructions sent, very easy

    we thought there was a garden but this was our fault not reading correctly and beach was so close so didnt matter
