  Average at best. More attention to maintenance could well improve this.

  The apartment was very spacious apart from the bathroom.

  First impressions were good, but upon settling in found the lighting in the main living area and kitchen very inadequate. Main living room did not have any electric sockets where you could plug anything in or charge your phone. The kitchen most importantly did not have a microwave which was listed in the facilities or a dishwasher also listed. Resulting in slow cooking and washing up, wasting valuable holiday time. The bathroom was a bit dated with an old bath (grotty) and shower curtain, luckily I brought my own bathmat and was able to take a shower. Stepped out of the shower onto a flooded floor which could have been quite nasty for me an 81 year old woman. More time wasted mopping up. Discovered later that the shower hose was leaking and was running along the back of the bath out onto the floor, probably just a simple rubber washer was all that was needed. Managed to give myself a nice little scratch from the remains of an old lock on the wardrobe door screws just left poking out. On top of all that nobody mentioned we would have to share the whole apartment with ANTS including the bed.

  Highly disappointed.

  The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and modern.

  First and foremost the location of the hotel is not clear and has no clear sign of its name. It is not called what it’s advertised to be as which causes a hassle in locating it. The owner of the property has really bad communication skills and false advertise on booking.com. There is no good and stable WiFi. Once alerted of the issue they were not quick on the job and required me as a tourist to stay in the apartment and wait for them without a set scheduled time. This left us with no WiFi and in turn no access to the TV or our phones. This ruined our trip. Also when we requested an early check in they accepted this however when we turned up to the property we were told to wait for a later time leaving us stranded in the heat. The air conditioning just like the WiFi is unstable and doesn’t work sufficiently. Also don’t expect the coffee machine to work it’s there for design. 🙂We also spotted a few cockroaches at the property which made it uncomfortable to stay at.

  Good value for money however the bathroom could be better

  The lounge and kitchen

  The location was difficult to find. Several taxi drivers got lost on route as they couldn’t find the apartment. The shower was constantly leaking and caused the floor of the bathroom to be constantly wet.

  Exceptional

  Great apartment in the new part of town in a nice location near the airport. There is private parking in the building. Communication with the host is very fast and good. The interior inside is so amazing. I highly recommend.

  Interesting

  The property is very good and family friendly. It is at the centre of the city and easy to navigate around the town.

  We were not received properly and some of amenities (washing machine) in the property were not visible for us to see and use. The host was not available to show us around.
