    I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to others. Check-in was seamless, with the Taj Hotel reception desk making the process incredibly easy. The hosts were attentive, responsive, and always available when needed. The property offered a spacious living area, and the bedroom was excellent, with a very comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would happily recommend this property to others and will certainly be prioritising it for my future trips to Cape Town!

    The responsiveness of the hotel’s room service could have been better, as I made a laundry request through the hotel but unfortunately received no assistance. However, this does not reflect negatively on the hosts, who were attentive and responsive throughout my stay. The hotel amenities and services are a separate offering from the accommodation itself.
