  L'appartement en lui-même est correct, assez bien équipé et propre. En revanche, il est très isolé (entouré uniquement d'autres logements et hôtels) et la route qui y mène n'est pas praticable. Ce n'est pas une route carrossable, elle est pleine de trous, ce qui rallonge considérablement chaque aller et retour en voiture. On est en bord de mer, mais on ne voit pas du tout la mer puisque tout le littoral sur cette zone est privatisé. Le quartier est également plein de déchets jetés au sol. Au cours de notre visite, l'odeur des sargasses était très forte dans tout le quartier (ce n'est évidemment pas de la responsabilité de la propriétaire, mais il faut le savoir).

  Fantastic for a stay outside the Tulum crowd and noise. Very quiet place, lovely appartment!

  The appartment is located in a small building a few meters away from the beach. The access to the beachfront building with its own swimming pool is great and easy! There is a guard at the reception desk and is there 24/7 to guide you if needed. The neighbourhood is super safe. I traveled with my partner but when for jogging on my own on the small street in front of the building and always felt safe. You do need a car if you stay there! Unless you wish to stay there all your vacation and enjoy the restaurants at the hotels nearby. Very easy to drive from the Cancun airport, the traffic is really manageable and the mexicans drive courteously and most of the time safely. The transfer from the airport is +-$80CAD/pp, we paid $CAD175 to rent a car for the full week. Worth renting a car (I recommend the agency Localiza located directly at the Cancun airport). The appartment is fantastic. So nicely decorated, the kitchen supplies are all we needed to cook simple meals for the 2 of us. We loved the 2 balconies (There are moskito screens to both so we left the doors open to let the air come in). Perfect for 2 persons (Not more). The King size bed is super comfortable. The appartment was super clean when we arrived. I advise you to read the details provided in the host information, they provide all the details you need before making up your mind.

  We very much enjoyed staying here! - The Condominium was beautiful and the desk reception people were very helpful and friendly! This was an excellent value!
