Great location for visiting National Parks
This was a perfect house for our family to unwind and see 3 National Parks. The kids loved the pool. The host, Matej, who is also the owner, is very responsive and helpful. But, overall, the setting is rural and lovely. It is on a busy street and you do need a car to travel to Zadar and the National Parks. The beds are very comfortable, there are swim towels and regular towels, and there is a big grill to create fires or cook over.
There are some biting spiders - tiny little things you can't even see.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We especially appreciated that he came several times during the week, early in the morning, to clean the pool so it was ready for us to enjoy when we woke up. It was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. The house itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area is fantastic, with a lovely pool, comfortable seating, and plenty of space to relax. We didn’t rent a car during our stay and relied on Uber instead, which worked surprisingly well and made it easy to get around. Thank you for a fantastic holiday – we would definitely love to come back!

Such a gorgeous property, kitted out with a very high end finish and everything you could want. We made good use of the outdoor kitchen with bbq, fridge, sink and hob. Would highly recommend
Nothing it was perfect. I would recommend you need a car though if you want to explore
