    Great location and design, but declining service, maintenance, and security made this my most disappointing stay so far.

    This wasn’t my first stay at the property, which is why I chose to return. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, and offer great city views. The location is convenient, and the overall concept of the space has a lot of potential. Previous stays were enjoyable, which is why it’s disappointing to see the experience declining over time.

    Unfortunately, this stay was significantly below expectations. During check-in I waited outside for more than 20 minutes because there was no one at reception, and I experienced a similar issue when checking out. While waiting, a person was able to enter the building without a security tag and proceeded to harass me, which raised serious concerns about security. Reception staff were also slow to assist once they arrived. There is a clear no-smoking policy, yet guests were smoking throughout the stay, repeatedly setting off the fire alarm. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the shower holder was missing or broken, and for a five-night stay more toilet paper should have been provided. Overall, each visit seems to be getting worse rather than better.
