Good stay if you can handle the noise
The apartment was very central, it was spacious, the bed was comfy.
The apartment was very noisy. The noise coming from the other apartments was audibly noticeable, talking, closing doors and windows and walking around upstairs. I was working from the apartment both Saturday and Sunday and the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud talking to each other in the hallways; this went on for hours and hours... there were also repair men fixing a lock 3 doors down and they were exceptionally noisy.

Sin duda, uno de los mayores atractivos del alojamiento es su excelente ubicación, en una zona privilegiada de Madrid, a tan solo una cuadra de la calle Serrano, muy cerca de la Puerta de Alcalá y a pocos metros de la Plaza de Colón. Su localización es ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad, recorrer sus principales atractivos y acceder a restaurantes, almacenes y lugares de interés.
La habitación presentaba un fuerte y desagradable olor a cigarrillo, impregnado incluso en el sofá cama, lo que nos obligó a mantener la ventana abierta para ventilar el ambiente. Adicionalmente, el baño resultó poco cómodo. Otro aspecto preocupante fue el funcionamiento del ascensor, que no arrancaba, por lo que tuvimos que bajarnos y subir por separado. Entendemos que en España la comunicación es directa; sin embargo, nos pareció descortés la recepción, debe primar en el recepcionista la amabilidad y la disposición para atender a los huéspedes son fundamentales en un establecimiento Hotelero. Finalmente, alfombra de las zonas comunes se encontraba en condiciones de limpieza bastante deficientes, lo que afecta negativamente la imagen y presentación del establecimiento. Considero que estos aspectos merecen especial atención, pues no corresponden a los estándares de calidad, limpieza, comodidad y mantenimiento que razonablemente se esperan de un alojamiento que se promociona bajo la categoría «Luxury».

Location is great, area and neighborhood its amazing, super close to Salamanca area, walking distance to Puerta de Alcala and mayor touristic places, great restaurants and bars at the back street specially an italianista restaurant named Flavia.
Too small, we were 3 adults and its to small, could be better furniture on the studio, the studio deliver for tourist purposes but not good to stay several hours in there.
