    Приємно вражений спілкуванням з пані Поліною. Дає дуже чіткі інструкції, а також дуже привітна людина. Розташування квар

    Дуже красивий інтерʼєр. Приємні затишні кольори. Напівтемне світло. Вагомі фішки це дзеркало біля ліжка і електричний камін. Створює неймовірну інтимну атмосферу. Іноді забуваєш що ти в Харкові і здається що ти десь закордоном) Теж дуже круто що є всі зручності - капці, рушники, гігієнічні засоби, келихи, тарілки та інший посуд. Також є балкон з класним видом на проспект Науки. Особливо на заході сонця.

    Пульт від телевізора не працював бо певно сіли батарейки. Це дрібничка, але можливо було б прикольним покращенням сервісу, це якби лежали на столі декілька запасних нових батарейок.
