Our negative experience with the service will prevent us from staying here again.
Adjacent to ExCeL London, this apartment is exceptionally convenient for conference attendees. The balcony provides direct views of the exhibition center, and we were able to enjoy spectacular sunrise views from both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The overall service was highly disappointing: 1) The check-in office is located far from the apartment, forcing us to drag our heavy luggage back and forth. Since the receptionist accompanies guests to the unit to show them around and inspect the bedding and amenities, it would be far more convenient to complete the check-in process directly at the apartment. 2) The sofa bed in the living room was dirty and misshapen, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. 3）Most importantly, we were unable to obtain the invoice on the spot upon checkout. Although we were assured it would be emailed to us, we have still not received it a week later. This delay is extremely problematic for business travel, as it prevents timely expense reporting. Every time we contact the host, we receive an immediate response promising that the invoice will be emailed shortly—yet no invoice ever arrives. 整体服务令人非常失望： 1）入住流程不便：办理入住的办公室离公寓很远，我们不得不拖着沉重的行李来回奔波。前台接待人员要陪同客人前往公寓看房、检查床品和客房设施，因此如果能直接在公寓完成入住手续，会方便很多。 2）沙发床状况欠佳：客厅的沙发床又脏又变形，很难睡个安稳觉。 3）发票严重延误：最重要的是，我们退房时未能当场拿到发票，说是email给我们但时隔一周仍然没有收到。该延误对商务出行影响极大，导致我们无法及时报销。每次与房东沟通，都会立刻回应：我们马上/尽快email给你，然后就没有下文了。

We had absolutely no problems with our stay everything was as advertised. Very close to London Excel. I would recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful apartment with exceptional view of the Thames, airport runway and the city.
Sofa and. Curtain hooks need some attention other than that , a very beautifully furnished apartment
