  Vacation in heart of Rome

  Location is superb. Unique building with elevator like from the movies. Host was looking after our safety and comfort. It was fantastic when you return to apartaments to have a rest from walking and while lying in your bed you can hear artists singing italian songs.

  Apartament needs to have a little renovation, recoulor walls and etc. A litle problematic to dry the towels because there is no towel dryer. But all this is just small things comapring that you stay 2 min away from Trevi fontain :)

  A chaotic and extremely disappointing experience

  We really liked the location.

  Well, I don’t even know where to start. We arrived around 9pm, and upon entering the apartment, we immediately found the first issues: the single bed that was supposed to be in the bedroom, as stated in the reservation, was placed in the living room. To our surprise, the sofa bed had no proper mattress at all — only two pieces of foam were provided, which were completely unusable and felt like sleeping without a mattress. When we tried to use it, it immediately sank, as the sofa bed itself was clearly broken. The hosts then relocated us to another apartment, which initially seemed like a solution, as everything there was in proper condition and the sofa bed had a real mattress. However, we were forced to move all our belongings twice — once upon arrival and again the next day, as we were not allowed to stay for the second night. We were traveling with two elderly people, which made the situation even more exhausting and unacceptable. In addition, we lost an entire morning of our trip because the issue was only addressed after 11:30am, despite the hosts being fully aware of the situation since the previous day and knowing our plans. There was no urgency or effort to minimize the disruption to our stay. As if that wasn’t enough, the cleaning staff entered the apartment without warning while we were still packing, which was highly inappropriate and added further stress to an already chaotic situation. After returning to the original apartment, we faced yet another issue: the single bed was placed in the bedroom, but still without a proper mattress — only sofa foam was provided, making it extremely uncomfortable for my daughter. We will be sharing photos and videos so others can see the real condition of this accommodation. Anyone traveling with more than two people should be aware that serious problems are likely based on our experience. Overall, a chaotic, poorly managed, and extremely disappointing stay.

  Location, location, location!

  Τέλεια τοποθεσία! Ειδικά για τρεις μέρες που πήγαμε το σημείο ήταν ιδανικό και δεν χάναμε χρόνο σε μετακινήσεις. Επίσης, είχαμε εξαιρετική και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από τον διαχειριστή του καταλύματος, καθώς ανταποκρίθηκε σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε. Εάν ξανά πήγαινα Ρώμη, θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

  Στις φωτογραφίες το διαμέρισμα φαίνεται πιο καινούριο και περιποιημένο. Ωστόσο, τόσο τα έπιπλα όσο και οι τοίχοι φαίνονταν αρκετά ταλαιπωρημένοι.
