Beautiful apartment with a stunning view! Had everything we needed! Staff were very easy to communicate with and parking was a bonus

Good but the cleanliness could of been better.

No balcony and windows that opened in living area. Food all through the sofa and under cushions. Shower and wash basin rather dirty. could do with a thorough clean not just a wipe down.

Great that you have access to 2 swimming pools and a big jacuzzi. Few steps away from the beach. Sauna and steam room free to use in building. Great views on 26th floor

Its the second time that we stayed in this apartment. We have noticed this time a significant worsening of cleaning. 2 people out of 3 staying were constantly sneezing and had very bad allergies. When we looked at the ac it was full of dust. We have hoovered it our self but there must have been mold as it was constantly provoking us for 10 days. The kitchen needs to be equipped better. There was 1 knife. Odd glasses. You can tell that its been neglected for a while. The shower area wasent clean there was mold. For the amount of money we could have got a better quality somewhere else as its supposed to be the luxurious hotel on the Gold Coast.
