    The only thing luxury about it is the name.

    Bugs. so hot n stuffy inside and wasnt allowed to turn the ac lower than 74. Even with every fan running at full speed it was miserable in april, i couldnt imagine it in summer.Tubs drained when trying to bathe. Pools n hot tubs weren't working more than half the time. I truely hate how much I spent trying to achieve comfort and luxury and would've gotten more luxury at a la Quinta. Someone couldn't pay me to stay again let alone pay over 1700 for a freakin week. What a joke. Oh yeah dishwasher also doesn't work properly and the water filter change light was on for the fridge water as soon as we entered. Not including we booked a twin bed set up and 1 king n came in to two kings. From the jump it was awful. Didn't receive my info to check in till well after 4. Thank goodness I decided to just go in myself. Also gate was never ever shut the whole week we stayed, sooo safe🙃

    An oasis during a tough time with family member in Mayo clinic

    Close proximity to freeway and Mayo clinic. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and included coffee pot. The garage was a nice bonus!! Close to grocery shopping and gas. Fitness center was a really nice perk. I definitely recommend this place over all. The management was always very responsive to any question we had. Excellent management company.

    The GPS link to find the unit was not helpful in finding unit. I copied and pasted address into my GPS and found it immediately. That was the only thing. Everything else was great!

    Check in clunky, there is no person to view ID or get your credit card info. Won't stay here again.

    Location was good. Pool was nice. Facilities were clean.

    The apartment was basic, not luxurious. The pool key did not work at the closest pool, had to drive to the other pool. Master bathroom window was not secure. You have to email photos of your driver's license and credit card to the managers in order to access the unit, even if you have prepaid. Parking garage was tight, stressful to park there.

    Pool and hot tub were under construction Second pool was was mot heated and the hot tub was full of wasps as there was a nest on the inside corner inside hot tub seating
