    Dissappointed with the apartment facilities and money we paid to have things clean and tidy.

    The location was amazing and the host did provide clear instruction on how to access the apartment

    I have sent a separate email as the apartment was not up to Luxury standards and there were a number of both clean and safety issues. The lounge was broken and stained, a dead cockroach was found in the kitchen floor, the air conditioner in the bedroom to the right leaked into floor and caused safety issues. The dining lamp was broken and the down lights did not turn on. The WiFi was hit and miss. And to top it off we woke early of the morning we were leaving and had no power. The power appeared to ah e gone out in the early hours. I use a CPAP for breathing issues and no power meant this would not work. We contacted our host around 7am multiple what’s app messages and phone calls and got no response until I rang booking com. No power was restored when we checked out around 11.30am. This meant we could not have warm showers, make a ooffee or tea. Charge our phone or iron any clothes.
