    Disappointed more by the fact Julian refused to acknowledge my telephone calls and messages

    The location was amazing

    ⭐ 1/10 — Very disappointing Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, particularly considering the property is advertised as a luxury accommodation. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedding had multiple visible stains and black hairs in the sheets, and the mattress protectors were also in a very poor condition. We had to find spare sheets ourselves, but the alternative bedding was still not satisfactory. Several of us experienced itching and had a very uncomfortable night’s sleep as a result. There were also cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, including visible mould and black build-up around the showers, as well as dirt and mould underneath the toilet seat in the downstairs toilet by the front door. I contacted the host during our stay to request fresh bedding and tried to raise the issues at the time. Unfortunately, they were not resolved to an acceptable standard. I have included photographs with this review showing the condition we found the bedding and bathrooms in. Given the price we paid and the property’s advertised “luxury” standard, this was simply not acceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless the cleanliness and housekeeping standards are significantly improved.

    Amazing shared spaces to relax as a family.

    Please supply ping pong balls to your guests. The cost is low and we could not buy any in Fowey. We did try!

    Amazing view, beautiful property

    Lovely location. Amazing hot tub. Plenty for kids to do. Lots of room spacious. Lovely property with character. Thanks for a lovely stay.
