    Not worth the price needs major renovations

    The location is great

    We stayed here 3yrs ago and at that time we were very happy! However this time was an extreme disappointment!! So many issues to list On arrival we couldn’t swim as the pool needed to be cleaned Not 1 toilet in any villa flushed There was broken glass all around the pool and we asked for it to be cleaned but the next day my daughter stood on glass The bbq didn’t work The toaster only did 2 slices at one time The netting on the beds had dead bugs all on the top Sheets weren’t changed and had bugs on them Grade s very y maintained Stained tikes everywhere Mouldy bathrooms Dangerous wholes in the ground near villa entrances Towel rails broke. Furniture broken Lamps held together with sticky tape

    Good location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Very friendly and helpful staff who tended to all our requests quickly and kept the villa and the pool very clean. Thank you Gusti & team.

    The property itself is dated and could do with some maintenance. Small things like locks difficult to work, very hot in main kitchen/lounge area, toaster not working properly, broken towel rack, toilets not flushing properly etc.

    Central Seminyak oasis, great value for money.

    We had breakfast at the beach (Seminyak) each morning, a 15 minute stroll away. Mr Gusti was on hand each day to clean rooms and make sure everything was good. We loved the pool area and the huge living area.

    We all loved the central location and privacy of the Villa, the pool area and day bed were great as was the huge living room, but its a little bit tired.

    The villa was a great size and in the most ideal location for our group. Gusti was incredibly helpful and helped us thoroughly enjoy our stay.
