Fraudulent management that steals your damage deposit with invented R15k charges for minor stains, avoid at all costs.

Almost nothing. The villa looks nice in photos, but that is where the positives end.

This place and its management are a complete fraud. They take a damage deposit, then at checkout invent every possible excuse to keep it. They did exactly this to me and it really hurt. After treating the apartment carefully, like it was my own home, they sent an invoice claiming I owe R15,000 for “damages.” The only things they could point to were a food stain on the floor and normal wear stains on the bed sheets. Those excuses are completely worthless and nowhere near worth R15,000. They refused to refund the damage deposit and pushed this ridiculous charge instead. Totally unacceptable, dishonest, and predatory behaviour.
