Luxus-Anwesen mit tollen Ausblick
Diese wunderschöne, moderne Villa liegt am Hügel und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und nördlich in Richtung Budva. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind der absolute Hammer und im Norden funkeln entfernt die Lichter der Stadt. Der Ort ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Touren entlang der Küste oder ins Landesinnere. Die Villa bot uns zu Viert ausreichend Platz.
Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde in 2 Nächten von 0-6 Uhr das Wasser abgestellt aufgrund von kommunalen Wartungsarbeiten an den Leitungen. Dies lag nicht im Verantwortungsbereich des Vermieters, er wusste es auch nicht, war für uns aber ärgerlich.

Toppen!
Huset var fantastiskt beläget med en vidsträckt utsikt över havet. Solen lyste över fastigheten hela dagen, och kvällssolen som gick ner bakom bergen skapade en vacker och rogivande atmosfär. Boendet höll en hög standard – allt var välstädat vid ankomst, och den löpande städningen under veckan bidrog till en fräsch och trivsam vistelse. Fastigheten ligger cirka 15 minuter med bil från Budva, vilket gjorde det smidigt att göra dagsutflykter utan att boendet kändes avlägset. Vi var tre familjer med barn som reste tillsammans, och under vår vistelse hann vi med flera trevliga utflykter i närområdet.
Som vanligt vid vistelser utomlands finns det alltid utrymme för förbättringar – exempelvis vad gäller tillgång till stabilt WiFi och möjligheten att betala med kort överallt. Det är sådant man gärna önskar vore mer tillgängligt. En ny grill står kanske också på önskelistan, då den nuvarande börjar bli till åren, även om den fortfarande fyller sin funktion.

Adorable home
Beautiful home. Spacious and comfortable. Close to 3 beaches (5 minute car ride). We mostly spent mornings swimming in the pool and enjoying view. Afternoons were reserved for the beach (Sandy Beach-Annanti) House felt like home. Had everything we needed.
If I have to list something I didn't like it would be slow internet (but if you are on vacation...then it is not a problem at all)

Best choice at the Montenegro seaside
I can only say that we will for sure visit this place again. Wonderful Villa with an amazing view and facilities. A place for sure for those, who are looking for a peaceful, private and comfortable accommodation.
More like a suggestion - higher quality of a bbq devices would be a great upgrade.
