Beautiful villa, perfectly appointed with amazing pool in a great location
The interior is perfect. All the living areas are well appointed and very stylish. The bedrooms are excellent, and the bathrooms modern and stylish. The central AC was a god send in the very hot weather we had. The house was always lovely and cool. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The pool is huge i estimate a circle 10m across. It was perfect for fun and for swimming. It had lovely and clear water. The garage is excellent, big and easy to get in and out. The location is perfect. In a beautiful neighbourhood, quiet and well maintained. Close (5 minutes walk) to an excellent restaurant at the local golf club. A short drive from am excellent high quality super market with amazing patisserie, fresh fish and meat counters.
The outdoor wooden furniture is getting old now and the sunbed pads need replacing - badly stained and worn. There isn’t really a good outdoor dining option, lots of soft relaxation areas.

Que la casa fuera en una sola planta, que había de todo, accesorios, utensilios, barbacoa, parking privado . La piscina enorme . La ubicación y la tranquilidad.

Fabulous stay at a very well presented villa. Virtually perfect.
The villa is furnished to a high standard. The decor is far superior to any I stayed at in this price range. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and appliances you could want. We would recommend it to anyone. Location and view is excellent. San Jaime is the nicest residential area in Moriara. We should know, we used to live there.
Only a small initial issue. The welcome book wasn't left in the villa. Meaning we didn't have the wifi password for 3 days. The agent was a bit slow to respond to my two WhatsApp texts. He thought the information had been left in the villa. An apology was given for the pool lights not working, only small issues that had little detrimental effect. The villa is still excellent.

Relax con vistas
La villa está increíble para disfrutarla en familia, genera ambientes donde poder estar cómodos todos alrededor de la piscina y con el Peñón de Ifach como vistas
