  An amazing stay, ticked so many boxes. The gym and sauna were a fabulous addition.

  Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely stunning villa, facilities and location. Antonia was a lovely host.

  Heerlijke villa waar het het je aan niks ontbreekt met prachtig zeezicht.

  Prachtig huis met afgesloten poort die geopende kon worden met een afstandsbediening. 4 grote slaapkamers allen met airco en eigen badkamer met toilet. Overal rolluiken. Wasmachine en droger. Grote keuken met koelkast en ijskast met ijsblokjesapparaat (veel gebruikt). Beneden nog een grote aparte toilet en mega zithoek met tv (geen gebruik van gemaakt). Handdoeken en badlakens en shampoo en douchegel. Mooie grote buitenruimte met grote zithoek en ingebouwde bbq. Kooltjes aanwezig! Screens ook buiten bij de eethoek tegen de hitte. Wij hebben veel buiten gegeten dus was erg aangenaam om daar screens te hebben met temperaturen van rond en boven de 35 graden. Lekker zoutwater zwembad overal even diep (bij ca 1.75 kun je nog staan). Schaduw op elk moment van de dag te vinden rond het zwembad. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee en bergen. Je loopt in 5-7 minuten naar de zee. Wel een stoeltje of matje meenemen of kopen en waterschoenen want alles is steen/kiezels. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host die je niet stalkt maar gewoon laat genieten van haar prachtige villa. Alles keurig schoon, heerlijke bedden en wat voorraad aanwezig als vaatwastabletten, paar Dolce Vita koffie pads, peper, zout, olie , keukenrol, wc papier enz. Verder als welkom fruit, water, wijn, chips, melk en nog wat dingen. Super fijn. Kortom een heerlijk huis op korte afstand van het vliegveld waar je je snel thuis voelt en een fijne vakantie zult hebben. Wij komen zeker terug als we naar Dalmatië gaan.

  De Wifi was vrij traag en de ligstoelen bij het zwembad zijn niet echt comfortabel. Zit een harde rand in die snel pijn gaat doen. Een kussen voor daarop zou wel heel fijn zijn. Tip: die kun je voor 10€ kopen beneden aan het strand. Maar dat zou voor deze luxe villa wel fijn zijn als die erbij zouden zitten. Maar dat neemt niet weg dat ik deze villa enorm zou aanbevelen. Echt een geweldig huis met alles erop en eraan! Niet twijfelen maar doen! Je krijgt geen spijt.

  A Slice of Paradise – Even Better Than the Photos!

  We had the most incredible stay at Villa Olivetum – honestly, it exceeded every expectation. The photos looked amazing when we booked, but the reality was even better. From the moment we arrived, it felt like luxury in every detail. We were a group of 8 spanning three generations, and the villa was absolutely perfect for us all – spacious, super comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the layout worked brilliantly for both quiet moments and big family dinners. The location was ideal – tucked away in a peaceful spot, but just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with the charming town of Trogir and other locations a short drive away. It felt like the best of both worlds: tranquil and private, yet close to everything we needed. The pool was a total highlight – crystal clear water, the saltwater system is exceptional, my niece who can struggle with eczema in chlorine pools was not only fine but improved. With plenty of sun loungers, and just the right temperature for a refreshing dip. We spent hours there soaking up the sun and enjoying the day. The view was perfect for evening sunsets, I'd sit with a glass of wine and just watch the sky slowly dim – it was pure bliss. The villa had everything we could possibly need – modern kitchen appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and my personal favourite: the outdoor oven! We cooked up some amazing meals and loved eating outside in the cooling evenings. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, and the host was incredibly helpful – always available if we needed anything, but never intrusive. If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway that works for families or groups, I can’t recommend Villa Olivetum enough. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

  ... Going home.. But seriously here was very little to dislike or want improving. I would highlight that the walk back from the town did have some steep inclines that could prove a discomfort for the elderly or unfit, but this is pretty standard for Okrug Gornji and not specific to Villa Olivetum

  Brand new House with breathtaking Sunset view

  Everything. It is a new House, enough Space for 8 people. Luxury Equipment, Outdoor area with sunset view just Amazing. Special Thanks to Antonia who was supportive in all matters . We will definitely Return
