Great property, great communication with Deni, would definitely stay again.
Great place to spend time with the family. Staying were my wife, myself, our two sons, and their significant others. Each couple had their own bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen was set up nicely, if you choose to cook. Instead we opted to walk throughout the neighborhood to dine, so many bakeries, stores, and restaurants for your choosing. Walking to Split city center was less than a five minutes.
Don't rent a vehicle, parking is non existent in the neighborhood. There is paid parking just a block away, but was always full. This comment is not a reflection on our stay, or Villa Roza, it was great. Just trying to assist others thinking of renting a vehicle while staying in the vicinity.

We all had a special time, bbq area excellent!
The outside area and space for a large party. Two down stairs bedrooms which was useful for older people. Easy access to the old town, within easy walking distance. Position was just right.
The shower in the annexe at the other side of the pool was poor, water poured out onto the floor, could do with updating. Could do with a toaster and especially a microwave, other than that very well equipped.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The property was in a good location. There is a small grocery store and bakery near by just few steps away from the villa. The villa is clean and well maintained. The owner was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the sauna and the pool after our long day out sightseeing.
