I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was big, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in a safe area. I would

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and in a great location. The area felt safe, and the apartment was comfortable and welcoming.

I honestly have no major complaints. Everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay.

In the photos the apartment is like a dream, but in reality it's a nightmare/joke

    The overall design and lighting.

That we booked the apartment for relaxation and to have a bath and overall it was a nightmare. The bathtub couldn't be used because the water stopper did not function. The faucet was off and I had to place it back so that I can use the shower, and during the shower, water leaked and flooded the bath, because of the space between the walls and the tub. I had to clear the water with towels, until I could find a mop. The owner lied about having a tumble dryer, there's no such thing and the washing machine hardly functioned, some of the functions did not worked and had to restart the machine several times. No bathrobe and the apartment could have used some deep cleaning on the terrace and especially for the fridge, cause the freezer was disgusting and blocks of dirty ice were present in the freezer. The owner is not aware of how he could talk with clients, and zero customer care, he couldn't care less about my issues with the bathtub, and I had to ask for the WIFI password. It's basic info to have that present when you get checkin access from an owner or even provide that on a paper in the apartment.
