    Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location, with a few areas for improvement.

    Great location, just a 10–15 minute walk from York city centre, with good security and free private parking. The apartment was larger than expected, spacious and bright, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living room and a balcony with lovely views. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, and the hosts were very responsive whenever we needed assistance.

    The key lockbox was difficult to open, and the apartment door also required considerable force to unlock. Both locks could do with replacing. Although complimentary toiletries were provided, the bottles weren’t labelled, so it was unclear which products were which. Shampoo and laundry detergent were also missing.

    Super apartment for staying in York for the races.

    Our second time staying here. Great location, clean, comfortable beds and super communication from host.

    Spacious apartment and good location

    Spacious and good location not too far to get to town centre

    No sponge for cleaning plates, could do with more than one tea towel. To keep it clean as we go along. It is a very minor thing but also important.

    Would be happy to recommend and stay here again.

    Good location being a 10 minute walk into the centre. The facilities and cleanliness were all good.

    There was a slight problem with the front door jamming making it difficult to open. The door hinges probably require adjusting. The shower in the ensuite was difficult to change water temperature below scalding hot. Again this needs looking at.
