Perfect location - nice, green and train is right in short walk. The apartment has everything you need and even parking. Perfect place if you want to explore Hamburg.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement que l'on recommande !
C'est un appartement en rez-de-jardin très bien équipé. Ustensiles de cuisine en nombre suffisant. Propreté irréprochable. La literie de la chambre est super confortable. Il y fait étonnamment frais même par temps de canicule ! Belle douche. Il est très calme, pas de bruit de voisinage ou de la rue. La place de parking se trouve à côté. Super pratique pour décharger. Il y a un arrêt de bus à quelques minutes et une station de métro U1 à 10 minutes à pied (liaison avec le centre en 35 minutes).
Dommage qu'un côté extérieur du lit est affaissé (cassé ?). Cela peut gêner celui qui dort côté fenêtre. La literie du canapé-lit est un peu moins confortable. La poignée de la porte du freezer est cassée, elle est difficile à ouvrir.

Spindelnät på taket. Lägenheten var inte väl städad. Små spindlar i lägenheten runt taket.
